As we ( the Management of the company APRO, Ltd. – the operator of the Guest- house at the Tower) have no reaction from you, our guests, it is difficult for us to ascertain if the service of the Guest- house really corresponds to our wishes and ideas about the quality. Therefore we should be obliged if you will write us your experiences positive or negative.

When something happened what disappointed you or unpleasant surprised you for instance: ( the unwillingness, the way of communication, the ability to give you all necessary information, the quality and structure of the board, cleanliness as well as if you received a valid bill against payment or if the charged sum was correct.
